  Receptionist Joanne is incredibly rude and needs to find a new line of work. I don't give many reviews online, but I do read them, and I do feel bad giving a bad review because it really was just one person involved in my bad experience. The rest of the people at the clinic might be totally capable, but I was not able to get past the front door, so I have no way of knowing. We had a concern with our 5 month old daughter that worried us so we called telehealth and waited for a call back. After speaking with an RN, he recommended we go to a clinic, and gave us the address of this one and informed us their last registration was at 8pm. We live in Collingwood, and it was 7:30, so we headed straight over. The door was locked, and the receptionist Joanne came right over shaking her head saying "we're not taking any more people today." I started to tell her that Telehealth told us last registration was at 8pm and she interrupted me and stated, very rudely, that "NO, we are DONE at 8." She closed the locked door in our faces. At this point I read her sign more carefully. it said "Last registration at 7:45". As we turned to leave, I looked at my phone at noticed it was 7:43. I knocked again on the window to the door. She immediately came towards the door and angrily stated "I already told you aren't getting in tonight! I have two rooms full of people!" I asked her "Why are you being so incredibly rude to us? I was just going to ask why your sign says 7:45..." at which point she cuts me off and says "Why are you attacking me?" I asked how I could possibly be attacking her and she says it's because I was "rattling at her glass". I guess she was referring to me knocking at the locked door before it was the clinic was officially closed. My fiance then asked for her name, and said "we just want to get help for our baby" and she responded with "what's YOUR name? I can make this a WHOLE lot worse for you!" I still don't understand what her threats meant, but she then turned us away and said maybe we should put our attention on actually finding some care for our Daughter. Well, that was the point of the visit. Why else would we be talking to her? To whoever owns or manages this clinic, My two suggestions would be, to change your sign to a policy you can adhere to, and also to fire Joanne, who clearly is unfit for this position. Joanne, if you're reading this, Maybe i caught you in the middle of an anxiety attack or something, I don't know what you went through that day. This town is just too small to treat good people like this.
