- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We made a mistake of purchasing the condo from this builder. We had deposited $50,000 about 5 years ago and finally it is ready, but not complete so they have given us the possession. It may take up to 2 years for them to complete the condo and give us the complete closing. Can never get call backs from the builder, everyone is so scared to talk to you, all they want to deal is through lawyers, even for a simple question they want us to go their lawyers.
